Our community is looking for a leader to join our extraordinary Plant Operations team! If you are passionate about serving others and are looking for a new opportunity, we would love to chat with you! This position is a working supervisor position with general oversight of Maintenance operation in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living with additional support from Maintenance Tech's and other campus Maintenance Specialists as well as Community Maintenance Director.

Responsibilities

• General oversight of maintenance operations in the skilled nursing facility

• Ordering supplies

• Responsible for the continuous safe operations and preventive maintenance of all major HVAC equipment, including apartment/public area heat pumps, refrigeration equipment, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, heater/chillers and building automation system.

• Manages all Healthcare tasks and responsibilities for both the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living building.

• Tasked with annual AHCA/Life Safety inspections and development of County Emergency Management Plan (CEMP).

• Responsible for overseeing and assigning work orders, repairs and room renovations.

• Works closely with both Skilled and Assisted Living Administrators. (x2).

• Reports to and is supported by Plant Operations Director.

• Required support (On-Site) during Hurricane and Emergencies.

Skills

• 3-5 years work experience working with general maintenance in a Senior Living, Country Club or Healthcare setting.

• Outstanding organizational, customer and leadership experience

• Experience with AHCA standards in a healthcare setting, preferred

• Preferred 3-5 years work experience in Healthcare industry.

• Knowledgeable with NFPA 101, 99 and 25.

• General working knowledge of Facility Maintenance.

• HVAC, Cooling Tower /WSHP experience beneficial but not required.
