Immediately hiring for experienced Maintenance Supervisors for a new, state of the art sand processing plant located Northwest of Oklahoma City, OK. This company is focused on sustainability and efficiency.

The Maintenance Supervisor must have a strong understanding of PM, PdM methods, and emergency maintenance. Proficiency using MAXIMO maintenance software is strongly preferred with the ability to learn more advanced features as needed.

Primary Duties:
Learn and sharpen reliability skills, including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, lubrication, machinery balancing, machinery alignment, belt tensioning etc along with the latest failure analysis methods and remedies.
Ensure that the PM program is fully developed in Maximo with thorough procedures
Develop and manage a Top Ten List of plant equipment using Pareto Analysis. Focus reliability efforts on correcting reliability defects in the most problematic equipment.
Develop and maintain a set of KPIs for reliability along with the Maintenance Manager to track and trend reliability improvements
Ensure that regulatory PM tasks are fully developed and current. Work with Maintenance Planner to ensure that they are scheduled and executed in a timely manner, with proper documentation of the work done by the technicians.
Provide training and coaching to plant personnel on reliability, precision maintenance, operator-driven asset care and problem identification.
Generate reports of results from PM/PdM programs, showing big wins, current projects and key learnings.
Plan work when necessary, working closely with the Maintenance Planner
Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to optimize the inventory to support reliable operation
Assist the Maintenance Manager in driving the overall Maintenance Strategy toward best practice reliability.

Minimum of 5 years in related fields, including maintenance, operations and/or engineering.
Understanding of PM, PdM methods, and emergency maintenance.
Proficient in use of MAXIMO maintenance software, and ability to learn more advanced features as needed
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems related to equipment operation/maintenance.
Ability to read prints including mechanical and electrical prints.
Ability to properly use testing equipment
Aptitude in driving change and coaching others to adopt new methods
Possess excellent analytical skills, data interpretation.

When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
