Position: Lead Maintenance Supervisor

Pay Range: $24-$25/hrJob Type: Non-ExemptBonus Potential: monthly bonuses based on performance + 25% apartment discount

Must have prior experience as a supervisor on 150 units + with strong background in plumbing/electrical and HVAC required. Prefer CPO certification as well.
