OvertimeOverview:
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high and low-voltage systems, project management, electrical work, and maintenance management. If you possess strong leadership skills and enjoy overseeing maintenance operations, we encourage you to apply.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Supervise maintenance projects from inception to completion
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and system improvements
- Fabricate parts as needed for equipment repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in an engineering or business-related field preferred;
- At least 5 years of work in a technical field preferred;
- A mechanical/electrical background is necessary. Apprenticeship program or technical school background is desirable;
- Strong math skills and computer skills;
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with team members;
- Proficiency in high-voltage systems
- Strong project management abilities
- Knowledge of logic controllers for troubleshooting
- Electrical expertise for system installation and repairs
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members
- Experience supervising maintenance staff
- Familiarity with low-voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate parts for equipment repairs
- Background in maintenance management
