CORY is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor who is passionate and driven about the affordable housing real estate sector.

About Our Client:

Our client is an established real estate management firm with a national footprint and a reputation for success and career growth!

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance for a ~300-unit HUD/LIHTC community.

• Coach, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians

• Manage and monitor all service requests

• Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.

• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

• Minimum of 2+ years property maintenance experience

• HVAC certification is highly preferred

• Experience training and implementing OSHA standards
