DescriptionWe're looking for a Maintenance, Facilities and Projects Supervisor to supervise the maintenance and repair of our fulfillment center in Linden, NJ as well as Supervise our growth and projects! You'll be involved with strategic decisions on facilities, construction, and expansion-related activities and should have experience in this realm.About The Role

  • Manage timelines, set schedules, monitor progress Ensure we're maintaining an organized and relevant critical parts inventory system Oversee a staff of employees to ensure timely maintenance and repair activities Conduct regular inspections of plant dos eek out potential problems with timely resolution Maintain positive vendor relationships; establish new contacts to benefit Blue Apron Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, audit, safety, and environmental issues


  • Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing (preferably food) environment and knowledge of utilities, facilities or production equipment knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Project Management including MS Project, or equivalent project management software proficiency Understanding of local, state, and federal codes, permitting, and regulatory compliance Effective communication style that allows for cross-functional teamwork and a 'get-it-done' attitude Assertive management style; holds team and vendors accountable to deadlines and performance Experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects

Essential Job Functions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Coordinate and coach theatre crew to perform the "essential functions" of their positions. * Reinforce "Wardrobe 101" policy with theatre crew. * Observe theatre crew performance and provide feedback to management for discipline and performance evaluations. * Optimize theatre crew placement on a round-by-round basis. * Lead teams and consistently achieve results through resources. * Assist management with floor operations. * Assign registers / distribute banks (box, concession, Guest Service, and arcade). * Supply change as needed. * Maintain and reconcile floor safes. * Pull and count cash, cash equivalents, and coupons from individual drawers and enter results into computer system. * Prepare deposits and banks. * Accurately complete appropriate cash handling forms; maintain and balance cash handling fund. * Perform daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties. * Assist in the preparation of the theatre crew schedule with final weekly document approval from a manager. * Assist with inventory process. * Resolve guest questions, concerns, and issues. * Listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts to ensure timely performance of duties. * Uphold AMC's business practice standards and ensure compliance with company programs. * Ability to work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. * Perform other duties as directed by management.
