Maintenance Supervisor 2Nd Shift

Our client, a food manufacturer in Kansas City, KS, is actively looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a 12month contract position 2nd shift opening. Will train on 1st shift for the first couple weeks. 1:30pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri. Position overview: Supervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant's safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed. Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment. Skills required: Technical

• Mechanical or electrical training Supervisory/Leadership training or experience Manufacturing - troubleshooting machinery Computer Skills

• CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System Microsoft Office Suite Experience required: 2 -Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Education Required: High School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance/engineering field.
