Plans, organizes, directs and controls all maintenance activities for the customer service northeastern region territory. Establish, implement and maintain administrative and technical procedures to provide responsive after the sale service to internal and external customers.
This mid-level management position applies advance technical and managerial knowledge to oversee the implementation of activities geared toward maintaining an uninterrupted supply of gases for customer consumption.
Accountable for implementing defined organizational priorities, plans and objectives.
Oversees aspects of the organization's safety, quality, financial, personal and work process controls.
Accountable to work with management and sales force to address elevated/complex customer service issues.
Sets priorities for team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities between staff and engineering.
Accountable for implementing all aspects of customer supply systems, including installations, maintenance and removals
This position will report to the Northeast Customer Service Area Manager. Reporting to the Superintendent will be the maintenance technicians.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or 8 years related experience.
