Pennrose Management Company is an industry leader in the development and management of affordable housing. We are excited to be recruiting for a P/T Maintenance Superintendent for our Monroe Meadows property in Monroeville, PA.
This is a Part-Time position that will be 3 days a week. This position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at this site.
Improves and standardizes quality of services and products used in the maintenance of properties. Provides technical direction to property associates. Standardizes diagnostic approaches for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance routines.
Incumbent must have a High School Diploma/GED, Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification (types I and II) or obtained within six months of start date and three years of maintenance or construction experience with two years of experience in a managerial role.
