Maintenance Specialist- Senior

Support Maintenance Foreman to ensure efficient operation of Maintenance department. Ensure all work is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.

Assisting in organising work schedule for Maintenance personnel.

Undertaking scheduled and breakdown maintenance as required.

Continually making attempts to improve department efficiencies.

Ensuring all working procedures are adhered to for safety of all employees.

Ensuring equipment is maintained in good working order and lifting equipment is used safely and stored appropriately when not in use.

Training Maintenance personnel as required.

Being responsible for individual quality of work and overseeing colleague's quality of work.

Ensuring housekeeping and store levels are maintained to a high standard.

Supporting the Foreman with daily tasks and providing cover during periods of absence.

Job Requirements:

GCE "O" Levels qualification and Previous experience in maintenance of a manufacturing plant preferred.
