Maintenance Specialist

Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee maintenance activities for the 500 block OxySyngas / HDO NEOL units. This role involves coordinating deficiency management repairs, supporting fixed-equipment planning, gathering quotes for P1/P2, serving as an outage lead, providing field-level support for maintenance, supporting small projects, and assisting with TAR/LTDT activities. Additionally, the Maintenance Specialist will serve as a backup to the CP Multi-craft Maintenance Supervisor/Gatekeeper and CI Maintenance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee deficiency management repairs to ensure timely and effective resolution. Support fixed-equipment planning to enhance operational efficiency.

Gather quotes for P1/P2 and manage the procurement process. Serve as the lead for outage activities, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime. Provide field-level support for maintenance activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Support small projects by coordinating resources and monitoring progress. Assist with TAR (Turnaround) and LTDT (Long-Term Down Time) activities, ensuring thorough planning and execution. Act as a backup to the CP Multi-craft Maintenance Supervisor/Gatekeeper and CI Maintenance Specialist as needed.

Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
