Under administrative direction, the Maintenance Site Lead will plan, organize and direct the building and general maintenance and repairs activities, general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. The Maintenance Site Lead will perform a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment. The Maintenance Site Lead in the level of responsibility is to work under the direction of the District Senior Director Maintenenace of Operations.

The Maintenance Site Lead may provide direction, establish priorities, assign tasks, coordinate work projects, and/or monitor the work of other custodial personnel. Provide General Maintenance, Repair of buildings, equipment and grounds. Performs functions as assigned by management.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education: Graduation from high school (or equivalent completion of the twelfth grade), supplemented by training in applicable areas.

Comments and Other Information

Five years of increasingly responsible experience in the maintenance and repair of large buildings, including two years in a responsible supervisory capacity. Education in a recognized college or university with a specialization in engineering or architecture may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the non-supervisory experience.

License requirement: Possession of a valid and appropriate California Driver's License. DOJ and FBI Clearance
