Summary of Position:

The Maintenance Service Leader (MSL) is responsible for all maintenance activities related to assigned crew equipment for both the field and shop. Responsible for shop and field safety and cleanliness. Must communicate with Operation Service Lead and Crew Leads on crew maintenance needs and any maintenance related NPT. The MSL is responsible for reviewing fleet health and SM compliance, addressing equipment alerts such as steady state alarms, daily shop production, and ensuring that targets are being met by the Maintenance Crew Leader s (MCL). The MSL is required to provide clear communication to the District Maintenance Supervisor (DMS) regarding changes to maintenance plans, equipment readiness, and how NPT issues were addressed. The MSL is responsible for setting and maintaining the maintenance schedule and managing resources including employee's needs, equipment, tools, and to relay shared resource needs to the District Maintenance Coordinator (DMC). The MSL is to review and per form QC on completed units and check that work order compliance is being met. The MSL must ensure the full implementation, adoption, and effectiveness of the maintenance plan and drive the maintenance groups to their associated metrics of on-time delivery, high quality, and budgeted cost.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be willing to move to and live within assigned district. (Not a Rotational Position)

  • Experience maintaining on-time delivery of an equipment maintenance schedule.

  • Experience in managing skill levels to meet on-time delivery schedules.

  • Management experience of multilevel groups greater than fifteen.

  • 4 to 5 Years of oil and gas service experience. •Frac equipment mechanical and/or electrical maintenance background preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performs work tasks in a safe manner.

  • Ensures that crew is provided with proper quantity of well-maintained equipment required to complete job. Communicates with Ops Service Leader on job requirements.

  • Maintains and meets pre-planned maintenance schedules that have been set.

  • Communicates production needs and timelines to team.

  • Responsible for setting and maintaining maintenance schedule in Maintenance Scheduler tool.

  • Reviews maintenance related NPT and communicates solution with both maintenance and operational team.

  • Performs QC and verification of on-time completed units.

  • Pre-plans crew SM requirements weeks to months in advance and communicates additional needs to DMC.

  • Understands equipment upgrades or project needs and schedules completion of these projects.

  • Reviews and audits field operations (organization, warehouse inventory, tools, etc.) and audits bay cleanliness, organization, and effectiveness.

  • Identifies efficiency improvement opportunities and facilitates improvement plans.

  • Ensures that all team members are properly prepared for and are progressing in the maintenance training program and associated competencies.

  • Implements and complies with maintenance programs through maintenance software and equipment analytics.

  • Improves the reliability and efficiency of the maintenance processes.

  • Works with district-level management to ensure required equipment is available, meaningfully utilized, and fits the requirements provided by the customer.

  • Communicates with DMC to organize additional shared and 3rd party resources as needed to maintain equipment health.

  • Assists with the implementation of new products and equipment at the district level.

  • Evening and Weekend Work may be Required as Job Duties Demand.

Salary:

$130000-150000/yr

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
