Maintenance Service Dispatch/Office Manager

A maintenance coordinator often needs to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors and anyone else he or she encounters on the job. What Winning Looks Like: Ownership Mentality:

Take pride and ownership in each work order. The ideal candidate would enjoy working autonomously most of the time, but also willing to work as part of a team. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to; maintaining the service technician's schedules, ordering parts, communicating with tenants regarding the status of their work order, preparing service invoices for processing as well as consistently providing clear and concise communications with department leads.
