Job description

Maintenance Planner's objective is to support the activity of the maintenance team, maintenance database and inventory systems. The Maintenance Planner also plans new work to ensure proper resources, equipment, and parts are available to complete requested work in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Gather and input data into CMMS

  • Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies

  • Assist in performing inventory cycle counting

  • Work with vendors

  • File all paperwork accordingly

  • Generate KPI reports as required

  • Plan all DH periods, tasks and assignments

  • Conduct daily DH planning meetings

  • Follow up on targeted jobs

  • Gather information on parts, modification and upgrades

  • Complete other duties as assigned

Key qualifications include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Flexible hours, some weekends required

  • Must be proficient in AMM, SAP and Microsoft Project

  • Strong computer navigation skills

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment

  • Mechanical (electrical, mechanical, etc.) knowledge helpful, but not necessary
