Safemark is a fleet mobility solutions provider to the theme parks, zoos, casinos and other venues. Ideal contractor needs experience in equipment maintenance and service, be mechanically inclined, be available for a flexible schedule including early morning hours and weekends, have reliable transportation, and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.
Contractors will work less than 20 hours per a two week pay period. This position may also be on call and support multiple locations.
Equipment repair services on company equipment including, but not limited to, strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, Electronic Material Handling Carts, Sand Chairs, Sun Cots, lockers, and other equipment.
Skillful in use of all types of tools, both power and hand, used in equipment repair.
Track parts used during repair and maintain log of equipment serviced.
Communicates issues and results to assigned personnel.
Limited computer knowledge and working with office management tools.
Accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork.
Maintain a professional and cordial disposition at all times.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, service, or maintain equipment.
Ability to work independently and think logically.
Must be mechanically inclined and oriented.
Ability to be professional and communicate well with company personnel, customers, and others.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with business software.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, and be available as needed.
While performing duties, the contractor is regularly required to push, pull, lift, stack, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch all day; frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with customers and company personnel. The contractor must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Use of ladders and other material handling devices are required as needed.
