As the Maintenance Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving unit equipment reliability, efficiencies, and maintenance methodology, as well as serving as Project Manager for selected projects.

Support ESH & Food Safety Compliance:
Promote good safety/housekeeping standards
Identify & implement safety improvements
Attend safety meetings
Complete all required ES&H training
Ensure ISO/cGMP/HACCP compliance
Ensure compliance with all Food Safety System requirements as they relate to Maintenance
Ensure ESH procedure and regulatory compliance as it relates to Maintenance
Support HOP program as participant and facilitator
Issue MOCs to document changes
Support Communication, Relationships, Training & Development:
Maintain positive union/management relationships
Evaluate/interview new employees
Provide training and education to maintenance technicians, as requested
Facilitate training plans, including administering the use of DuPont system
Communicate/interact with all levels of plant personnel
Interface with production/engineering/management
Facilitate and support training of maintenance employees in current and new technologies
Support and Drive World Class Maintenance Design:
Identify and drive improvements to reduce reactive work
Support and improve PM/PDM program, as well as serve as a subject matter expert
Identify, monitor, and report KPI's for continuous improvements
Effectively utilize planning and control systems
Identify and promote new maintenance technologies
Ability to utilize data-based analysis and decisions to identify and drive improvements
Identify and drive cost improvements
What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role?
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical preferred
Knowledge and experience in more than one discipline is a plus
Minimum of three years plant maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of all crafts
Must be team orientated with skills to lead change and improvement efforts
Willing to challenge the status quo
Labor relations knowledge and experience is desirable
Ability to safely exit the plant in the event of an emergency
Salary Range: $77,000 - $106,000
Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
