Randstad is currently has a entry level Maintenance position. Primary job function will be to help maintain machinery, mechanical equipment and the interior and exterior of the facility. Performing routine preventive maintenance.


Helps to ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment through use of hand and small power tools.

Troubleshooting to determine repairs and maintenance required as needed

Removes defective parts by dismantling devices as needed

Measurement and inspection of mechanical equipment

Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools and small power tools

Performs routine preventive maintenance

Maintains and replenishes inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.

Maintains safe and clean working environment

High School Diploma or GED

1 year of industrial maintenance experience is a plus

Mechanically inclined with technical acumen and technical interest

Experienced with hand and small power tools

Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair.

Good understanding of safety rules and regulations

Experience using power tools

Experience using measurement tools


Must pass required screenings

Must have two favorable references

About Our Career Opportunity Summit Strategic Solutions. a business partner of Summit Medical Group, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee proper building maintenance. This is a full time opportunity, M-F, with occasional after hours and weekend call. .EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: (List does not include all duties assigned) * Coordinate building and system repairs using internal staff as well as contractors. * Responsible for oversight or contract landscaping and snow removal services. * Manages and directs janitorial staff. * Execute equipment audits and manages oversight of facilities (e.g., elevators, fire extinguishers, emergency exit placards, HVAC units, etc.) and maintains all maintenance records as required. * Manages common repairs (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC units, landscaping, patching drywall, fixing leaks, painting, rekeying locks, etc.) and maintains all maintenance records as required. Oversees specialty repairs with outside contractors, when necessary (e.g., elevator service, major electrical, major plumbing, etc.). * Coordinate with direct manager and the HCV Board on any Capital Projects related to facilities. * Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA requirements for the building. * Ensure that maintenance and repair costs adhere to budget requirements. * Responsible for directing/managing housekeeping and grounds staff in keeping the interior and exterior of the building looking clean and presentable. * Maintains tracking system for all facilities maintenance, repair requests and completion. * Creates and maintains a preventive maintenance schedule for all essential facilities systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, security/fire alarms, fire extinguishers, etc.). * Assists IT with input on security protocols for building. * Interfaces with department managers to ensure essential repairs are complete and satisfactory. * Maintains strict confidentiality. * Adheres to all appropriate aspects of the corporate compliance program. * Assists with special projects and related work as required. * All other duties as assigned. Requirements EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
