The Coordinator, Maintenance Programs implements Frontier Airlines' maintenance programs into the online maintenance planning and tracking system and ensures the programs adhere to all FAA and CFR requirements. This position provides Frontier with airworthy and safe maintenance programs and related manuals in electronic format.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement Frontier Airlines' maintenance programs into the online maintenance planning and tracking system to comply with FAA regulations and to ensure the airworthiness and safe operation of aircraft, engines and components operated by Frontier Airlines.

  • Control, review, and implement all routine maintenance documents used to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

  • Coordinate between Records, Planning, Engineering, and other departments to provide maintenance in accordance with polices of the FAA, aircraft and component manufacturers and Frontier Airlines.

  • Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of all maintenance program-related technical data into online task cards and reference manuals.

  • Perform electronic imaging of all work orders and work cards to replace all paper versions currently used.

  • Control the scanning data filing system and develop file storage structure.

  • Ensure the electronic maintenance documents mirror the TCI and coordinate all updates to Records, TCI and electronic database.

  • Develop and maintain the files and structure of information stored in electronic format.

  • Vol.D Maintain familiarization with the training requirements necessary as defined in the GMM and ensure training is current prior to performing the functions and tasks of this position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using online maintenance planning & tracking system and maintenance programs

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or related experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance

  • Detailed knowledge & work experience with computer programs (FrameMaker, SGML, TRAX, Wor4d & Excel)

  • Knowledgeable in the Time Control Index & MPD

  • Must be conscientious & detail oriented

  • Ability to communicate with others in group & individual environments

Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities Functional Category: Marketing Communications Estimated Percent of time Spent – 60% * Manage relationships and interface with advertising agency partners, freelance designers, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate internal and external marketing vehicles such as staff and participant newsletters, contributions to the annual report, letters, brochures, and other marketing communications. * In collaboration with InnovAge management and all service lines, develops, manages and implements all content for internal and external communication ensuring communications are aligned with organization visions, goals and strategies * Oversee and contribute to employee related content and communications on InnovAge portal/intranet to align with organizational vision, goals and strategies. * In partnership with departments develop communication strategy and logistics for internal and external programs/events as needed. * Develop, manage and implement all content for external communications/collateral related to InnovAge programs. * Manage the submission and approval process of all PACE materials that must be reviewed and approved by CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
