This is a Full-time Unclassified position

\

The Clinton Veterans Center is accepting applications for a Maintenance Programs Administrator who will be responsible for the overall planning, coordinating and directing of maintenance and repair of the facilities and grounds of the Clinton Veterans Center which consists of 167,000 sq. feet nestled on a 70 acres in Clinton, Oklahoma, which is home to an average of 148 of Oklahoma's finest Veterans.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements at this level consist of five years of experience in skilled building trade or maintenance work involving the construction, maintenance, alteration and/or repair of buildings, grounds and utilities, including two years of supervising employees in one of the fields listed above; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of college or technical school training in the building or construction trades for each year of the required non-supervisory experience.
