Maintenance Production Line Technician

Shift: This role is 5th Shift, 6:15 PM-6:45 AM Hourly Rate: $34.00 an hour Conagra Brands

• Indianapolis, home of Reddi Whip and Blue Bonnet, is looking to add to our experienced maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work onsite at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant on West 62nd St.
  
  This is a night shift position scheduled 4 days on and 4 days off, 12-hour shifts. Maintenance technicians perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair equipment issues as they arise. Compensation: $34/hour guarantee. $39.67/hour if working 12-hour shift.
  
  Differentials ($0.25 for 2nd and $0.30 for 3rd) You Will: Repair and maintain conveyor systems, production machines, and equipment. Install, troubleshoot, replace, repair, adjust and modify mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and pneumatic equipment.
  
  Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment. Read, use, and update shop prints and manufacturer's manuals for servicing and installation of equipment and distribution systems. Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety procedures.
  
  Create and close out work orders and add specs info to SAP system. You Have: High School diploma or GED Two years prior maintenance experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic, in a production environment or two-year technical degree.
  
  Knowledge of: Drive train - belts, pulleys, sprockets and chain Electrical

• 110 single phase and 480 & 230 v 3 phase PLC troubleshooting and basic programing changes Motor control circuits Hydraulic - motors, pumps, valves Pneumatics - air valves and controls Ability to work 4x4 schedule, 12-hour shifts and overtime. Ability to teach, learn from, and work well with others and attend continued education courses.
