Maintenance Planner/Supervisor (First Shift)

Job Description Job Description This maintenance supervisor is going to lead/plan/schedule/coordinate plant preventative maintenance, work order requests, third party service providers and other maintenance activities. The Maintenance Planner Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair activities of all equipment in the facility as well as predictive maintenance.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, implement preventive maintenance programs, and coordinate equipment inspections and upgrades. Qualifications: High School Diploma or a Technical degree- either works They will look at years of experience compared to these so if someone has 4 years HS- works or technical degree 2 years of experience. 2 years of experience supervising Experience with manufacturing and maintenance process Industry- open on Industry Experience with process equipment- presses, metal fab, and injection molding- will help someone stand out Machine shop experience- CNC equipment Experience working on the manufacturing floor but, also office work. As of now probably a 60/40% breakdown but, always willing to do both Experience with project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and timelines. – experience with maintenance planning for 2, 4, 6 years.

Create project schedules and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion. Monitor project progress, adjust and report as necessary. Coordinate outside service requests, establish purchase orders, ensure purchase orders are closed and manage expenses within budget requirement MS Office experience Ability to work in process and field areas that may include physical capabilities such as climbing stairs, ladders, and construction areas.

Willing and able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Intangibles: Energetic and self-driven professional, with a high degree of customer focus. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking ability, and problem-solving capacity.

Good team player with an ability to operate in a cross functional organization. Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task. Demonstrates comfort level in interacting with all levels of the organization.

Capable of developing accurate, data driven forecasts to drive the business planning process. Plus’s: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field CMRP certification- certified maintenance & reliability professional Purchasing experience
