Responsibilities:

• Schedule all work orders to the person on the day to meet operational needs

• Collaborate with work requesters to establish plans and execution of the jobs

• Identify materials, services, and tools by working with artisans to ensure the best work order outcome

• Develop historians for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for accelerated future planning

• Manage call schedules and level loading for maintenance orders

• Maintain equipment BOMs and Scope of work BOMs

• Attend quarterly budget meetings, help budget forecasts and upcoming maintenance expenditures, and explain past budget deviations

• Utilize SAP, EAM/CMMS software systems for budgeting, forecasts and maintenance scheduling

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Three years of oil and gas technical/trade maintenance-related experience preferred

• General understanding of Mechanical or IE operations. Oil and gas preferred

• Can read and understand P&IDs, schematics, and technical literature

• SAP preferred well-developed computer skills with three years of experience in EAM/CMMS software systems

• Requires vital organizational skill, is assertive, and can set priorities and plan personal schedules to accomplish the required workload

• Interacts and communicates well with others, good written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinking skills and the ability to facilitate meetings confidently

• Meet deadlines and complete goals that align with the EAM's overarching goals

• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, etc
