Position Summary
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programs within the (CMMS), Computer Maintenance Management System. Working with the plant performance team to monitor and improve reliability of production and support equipment by preventative maintenance evaluation. As well as, manage day-to-day maintenance activities within our Automated Maintenance Management (AMM) systems.
Work on planning and scheduling of all maintenance work and coordinate implementation using SAP module (AMM system).
Ability to utilize and maintain Maintenance Management System to schedule maintenance work and the Preventive maintenance Program.
Ability to monitor equipment operating to determine work order requirements and prioritize work by shift.
Ability to create preventative maintenance task lists and plans for associated equipment.
Will supervise the maintenance work force in the absence of the shift supervisor.
Responsible for coordinating the planning and budgeting of the annual plant shutdown maintenance projects with the assistance of the Maintenance staff.
Develop and maintain complete Maintenance library of all project files, equipment maintenance and operating manuals, drawings, and catalog.
Requirements
The approximate pay range for this position is $54,000- $90,000 Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
