JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to provide building maintenance and office administration support to company managed buildings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes work orders by size, urgency, skill set, location, complexity, and available manpower; and assist operations teams by issuing work orders in a sequential flow to individual technicians or work teams. Coordinates the engagement and direction of appropriate subcontractors.

Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and another resources necessary to accomplish the work in the most productive manner possible.

Develop, maintain and distribute work flow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed.

Works with management team to optimize the mixes of: planned and scheduled work, scheduled (but not planned) work, and unscheduled work.

Provides regular statistical reporting to the management team and client showing quantities evidence of the productive use of the work force.

Uses guidelines set by management, develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance and life cycle optimization strategies. Performs annual review of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to insure current work order system library contains correct frequencies and balanced 12 month schedules for all technicians and vendors.

Determines appropriate predictive maintenance tasks. Trains the work force in the use of predictive maintenance techniques.

Analyzes predictive maintenance data for trends. Initiates corrective actions as appropriate.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Required. Minimum of four years of related experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None. Valid driver's license, if driving required in conjunction with job duties. Facility Management and CFC certification is desired.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

This position will focus on fostering collaborative relationships with cross-function partners including Merchandising, Creative, Media, E-Comm, Store Operations, Legal, and Visual, as well as vendor & agency partners. The planner will facilitate the day-to-day management of a campaign through execution to ensure alignment with the overarching campaign goals. Development of DICK'S Campaign elements * Partner with Manager of Marketing Planning to develop go-to-market strategies across relevant categories and assortment programs * Provide category-level insight for DICK'S campaigns through brainstorming, collaboration on insights and historical learnings * Collaborate with creative, ecomm, merchandising and others to develop messaging by channel * Co-author briefs, marketing materials, and strategic presentations to facilitate on-strategy and on-budget marketing programs Development of vendor partnership campaign integrations * Manages the day-to-day relationship with national and global vendors, including media planning, event activation, content access and more. * Lead weekly partnership meetings, serving as the point of contact between the vendor partners and marketing department for the execution of all campaign elements * Oversee coordination of assets required from partners to support marketing strategies * In partnership with media team, develop and present over and above opportunities to partners that focus on driving awareness and incremental ROI for the category Campaign Management * Build and maintain master marketing calendar representing full-funnel marketing approach, including but not limited to: Paid, owned and earned media, event activations, vendor collaborations and year-over-year investment variances * Manage development of content needed on an annual and quarterly basis to inform photo shoots and creative refreshes Additional duties as assigned by the Manager and/or Director of Marketing-Planning * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. * 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Media or Communications.
