Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for entry-level candidates like you to join our team at Sunrise Ridge resort in Pigeon Forge! We offer comprehensive training and assistance with certifications to help you grow your skills in property maintenance. This is your chance to kick-start your career with us.

Job Details:

• For this position, the primary schedule will be from 8 am to 4.30 pm. However, a flexible schedule may be required to accommodate business needs. However, several days a month this position has to cover for the night shift working two days 2:30 pm until 11 pm.

• Full time, Year-round.

What will I be doing?

• Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning correctly.

• Respond to guest calls for in-room repairs and maintenance.

• Installs, maintain, and operations mechanical/electrical systems.

• Responds to outages, take logs on critical equipment and establish operating parameters.

• Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as advised by leadership

Qualifications

What are you looking for:

• Previous experience in maintenance, preferred.

• High school diploma

• Ability to complete work orders, handle multiple tasks, take direction, prioritize assignments, and complete tasks

• Flexible to work varied days and shifts, including weekends, and/or holidays
