Job Title: Maintenance Parts Clerk
Department: Supply Chain Manufacturing
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
This position provides support to the Maintenance Department and Plant functions with invoicing, inventory, and assisting with various projects.
Applicant must be organized, have great follow up skills and be detailed oriented.

Enters receipt and distribution of parts/supplies into computer to update automated inventory records.
Responsible for ordering of materials and parts needed for maintenance and production.
Generates and distributes preventative maintenance work orders.
Input and provide purchase order information to vendors and maintenance and production.
Maintain data in the company software consistent with policies and procedures.
Assist in developing and providing reports consistent with maintenance and production.
Conducts periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock; replenishes stock as shipments arrive.
Maintain billing for Borden internal maintenance and production.
Provide information and paperwork for the shipping and receiving of equipment.
Ensure full compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative but not limited of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) with anyone they come in contact with during the course of their work day.
Intermediate Excel user.
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
SAP skills not required, but highly preferred.
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to multi-task effectively
Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background screening.
Full-Time Days Monday-Friday 7:00am start time
