Maintenance Painter

Taylor Community is seeking a Painter to join our maintenance team that will work to maintain the buildings around our three campuses. If you are looking for an ambitious and open-minded team with a clean and professional working environment, then we would be happy to talk to you!

Responsibilities Include:

Willing to perform general maintenance services as needed. Must keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.

Help keep the buildings up to code. Communication well with team members and residents a must. Our painters also provide plowing and are on a rotation of on-call.

Total Package:

Best hourly rate in the Lakes Region with year-round work. We also offer health, dental and vision for under $100 a month for single rate. Shift differentials for working weekends, and double time holidays, monthly perfect attendance bonus.
