To perform and adhere to Preventative Maintenance Schedule. Clean up work as assigned.
Perform maintenance duties as directed. Also handle the delivery of hazardous chemicals and waste. Perform safety inspections.
Repair production equipment. To help maintain production output, perform repairs, and upkeep on building and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance on building and equipment. Provide leadership and demonstrate positive attitude toward company and job assignments.
Perform maintenance repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, air compressor, electronic, and mechanical equipment and building. Perform functions in support of hazard waste management per 40 CFR 265.16.
1.Perform all maintenance duties on equipment, machines, building, and grounds as prescribed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
2.Perform all preventative maintenance tasks as prescribed by Preventative Maintenance Program.
3.Be capable of rebuilding and installing major machines and equipment.
4.Possess a master's level of proficiency in electrical and mechanical maintenance, plumbing, welding, and carpentry trades as applied to company regulations.
5.Be capable of programming and troubleshooting programmable controllers and repairing electrical circuits.
6.Have complete knowledge of industrial electrical, including building, machine, and equipment circuits and controls.
7.Hazardous waste management tasks as assigned by Plant Engineer.
8.Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
9.Obey all safety rules and make safety an integral part of each task. Perform all maintenance duties on equipment, machines, building, and grounds as prescribed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
High School Diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license, Advanced Electronics, Advanced Blueprint Reading and Schematics, be able to use portable power tools, Hydraulics Troubleshooting, Advanced Pneumatics, Air Compressor Repair, PC Programming and Troubleshooting, CNC Troubleshooting.Successful completion of this skills analysis may be required.
