Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Mechanic Technicians, in Lake Forest, CA. $28-35/ hour

As a Maintenance Mechanic Technician you will:

• Inspect machines, develop repair lists, and identify short-term and long-term repairs so that machines run correctly

• Oversee the routine facility maintenance - pumps, lighting, compressors, ovens, production equipment

• Ability to perform welding and fabricating operations as needed

• Ensure Hazmat materials are stored, handled, and disposed of properly

• Must be able to assist entry-level mechanics with difficult repairs

• Conduct repair failures of production and facilities equipment

This is a Full-Time Opportunity, 1st or 2nd shift

6 am

• 2:30pm

2 pm

• 10:30pm

The Ideal candidate will have:

• HAZMAT Certification

• Trade Certification (Welding, Electrical, Construction)

• PLC Programming experience

• 5 years of professional technical experience which includes experience in diagnosing and performing mechanical systems repair, electrical systems repair, and routine preventative maintenance

• Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office software suite

• Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay Rate: $28-35 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
