Job Description and Duties

Local bidders (CSC employees) will be considered first and must file their bid requests for this position by the "Final Filing Date" with State Human Resources (SHR), using the Post and Bid Request form, SHR 207 (Rev 05/2024). The employee with the greatest amount of continuous "local work location" seniority in the class shall be selected over other employees and notified of start date. If there are no local bidders, then the selection criteria above in "Who May Apply" will be utilized.

Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Building Trades, performs miscellaneous skilled work in the maintenance, alteration, and repair of buildings, equipment, fleet, and mechanical systems; may instruct, lead, or supervise unskilled workers.

Special Requirements
