Maintenance Mechanic

Pay Rates: $66,560-$72,800 per year

Shift Availability: Monday to Friday, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities:

• Practice safe work behaviors in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

• Utilize Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

• Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on production and process equipment.

• Conduct Preventative Maintenance (PM) on equipment and processes.

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and surrounding locations.

• Direct, monitor, and assist contractors as needed.

• Assist with line startups and changeovers.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders.

• Provide own tools for troubleshooting and repair.

Basic Requirements:

• Proficient in reading and writing English.

• Effective communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
