WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Support the Facilities Engineering team in leading the maintenance and repair of all guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-house and exterior facilities at Multi-Property Casinos.

Maintains all cosmetic items in guest rooms and public areas. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized work area in the Facilities Engineering Shop. Prepares daily work forms. Routinely inspects all lighting throughout the property, identifying potential problems, and resolving same. Responds to maintenance requests and house calls. Maintains pool facilities as assigned. Ensures a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations, and controls of the company.

  • Maintains, repairs and installation of wall covering, flooring, painting, woodwork, and drywall

  • Conduct projects such as office build outs, room renovation, Etc.

  • Upkeep of property decorations and cosmetics

  • Ensure the upkeep of all Aesthetic areas.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training required.

Reasoning Ability
