The Maintenance Lead is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, utilities equipment, bulk delivery equipment, blending/mixing systems. Shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm Position ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and develop other mechanics on shift.
Organize daily activities and direct resources on the production floor.Lead TPM activities for maintenance department. Conduct shift handoff for incoming shift daily. Backfill Supervisor coverage gaps for vacations, etc.Engage vendors and support resources where necessary.Collaborate with team members and external resources to drive reliability improvements across production lines.Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication.
Wire moderately complex control circuits.Check, wire, and troubleshoot high voltage poly-phase and multi-speed motors. Install all types of conduit runs, rigid, stainless steel, and plastics. Calibrate and repair control elements in process loops.
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to compressors, evaporators, condensers, driers, valves, lines and freon levels. Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3 phase electrical systems.Identify problems and completes repairs, with minimal downtime or supervision
