Maintenance Mechanic II

JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in repairing and maintaining all machinery, mechanical equipment, and utility systems, facilities wide in a safe and efficient manner.# They will be responsible for examining mechanical equipment to diagnose problems, establishing openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fitting, repairing and maintaining plumbing and heating systems.# The Maintenance Tech will provide backup support for other trades, including courier services during overload/emergency task schedules, personnel sick, or vacation time. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:
