A little over 20 years ago, Medical City Green Oaks Hospital committed to the mission of providing a full continuum of exceptional psychiatric services for residents in our North Texas community. We are happy to announce that in early 2018 we developed a Clinical Diagnostic service for the sole purpose of providing immediate access to psychiatric care for our community. At Medical City Green Oaks, you can walk in day or night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be seen in-person, by a specially trained psychiatrist, along with psychiatric nurses and therapists.

The Maintenance Technician III performs electrical, HVAC and preventive maintenance practice including life safety systems in a hospital environment.

  • Services Electrical and HVAC equipment as requested or required and can work independently with those skills and teach others in general maintenance.

  • Services other equipment in the hospital such as ice machines, freezers, or refrigerators.

  • Maintains buildings by performing such tasks as painting, changing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulbs, changing A/C filters and repair floors.

  • Performs preventive maintenance in accordance with schedule and need.

  • Performs other repairs or requests such as, but not limited to, plumbing, moving furniture, replacing windows, and repairing locks.

  • Ensures quality in all completed jobs.

  • Capable to take a leadership responsibility in the absence of director or plant supervisor.

  • Adheres to hospital policies and procedures

  • Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct

  • Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct

  • Performs other duties as requested or required

  • Minimum two years of similar experience

VIEW JOBS 1/4/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-04T00:00 Overview A manufacturer/distributor of fencing products in North America has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Mechanic. Responsibilities 1.) Performs preventative maintenance on shop equipment including oiling, greasing, replacing filters, gaskets, bearings, etc. 2.) Performs non-major repairs/replacements on equipment, machinery, tools which may include disassembly and reassembly of simple to moderately complex equipment such as electric motors, engines, power tools, etc. 3.) Performs electrical repair and replacement including rewiring, running conduit, new equipment hook-up using both 220 and 440. 4.) Constructs temporary or permanent simple structures using routine carpentry skills. 5.) Performs industrial pipe fitting and plumbing including cutting pipe, installing control devices, pumps, packing, fittings, bleeds, etc. 6.) Performs maintenance and repair welding using gas and arc welding techniques including cutting, welding, brazing, soldering. Qualifications 1.) 5-7 years' experience as a maintenance mechanic preferably in a production manufacturing plant. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, carpentry, etc. 2.) Able to read micrometers, calipers. 3.) Able to drive forklift. 4.) Willing to supply or provide own tools. 5.) Demonstrated maturity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 6.) Able to work from blueprints, schematics, sketches, verbal and written instructions. 7.) Able to lift/move heavy objects occasionally.
