ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Troubleshoot and repair scales and associated equipment, including mechanical conveying equipment, box making and sealing equipment, electronic label printers, pneumatic scaling systems, blade system and computers.
General cleaning and/or assisting other crews as required.
Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation and GMP requirements while performing job duties.
Must have an AA Degree (or equivalent training) in electronics.
Must have a minimum of three years of mechanical experience.
Must be able to negotiate stairs while carrying tools and equipment.
Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts and weekends.
Must be able to work from a ladder.
Must have good written and communication in English.
Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time on a concrete/metal grate floor.
