First Realty Management Corp, a leading area property management firm is seeking an experienced full-time, Maintenance Mechanic to serve an apartment location in the Worcester, MA area. We are seeking an individual who can work well independently when needed and is skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers and general maintenance work.

Requirements

• Regularly scheduled hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
• Regular schedule may change in accordance with articles 4.1 and 8.1 of the contract.
• Union wages and benefits.
• On-call responsibilities will be shared with other staff members.
• This position will perform work assignments subject to any applicable contract provisions.
• This individual must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills are necessary.
• Individuals should be service-minded and take pride in work.
• Regular schedule may change in accordance with articles 4.1 and 8.1 of the contract.
• Having own hand tools is very helpful.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance is also helpful.
• Reliable transportation, willingness to travel when needed, and valid driver's license are required.
