Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for Maintenance Mechanic in Arlington VA.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct a routine assessment of the building systems operations. Perform tests, tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery. Candidate will perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance and service requests on building equipment, machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building. Work requires an abundance of walking, bending, kneeling, and working in uncomfortable positions.
Must have 3 6 years' experience in a commercial environment.
Must possess/or obtain a current CFC Universal License
Must have EMS experience.
Must be able to work any shift assigned.
Must be to work weekends.
Must be able to work overtime.
Must be able to work safely.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
Must be able to pass a background check on Credit and Criminal.
Performs maintenance on all plumbing in buildings including water and sanitation systems.
Perform snow removal.
Trains Maintenance Helpers to increase their skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
