Maintenance Mechanic

An experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is needed to fill a LONG-TERM role at a large galvanizing/applied-coatings facility in Los Angeles, California !!

If you are experienced in Industrial HVAC and Mechanical Maintenance, this may be the career path for you!

Location: Reference: Cal State LA

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 6am- 2:30pm operating hours

• Full-Time + OT

• Monday- Friday, some weekend hours

Pay Rate: $25.00- $30.00 hour, based on experience

Please see required qualifications below:

• Two years of previous experience in a Maintenance Mechanic position

• A working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• HVAC experience

• The ability to demonstrate mechanical/basic electrical knowledge through testing

• The ability to climb and work from ladders, man lifts, bridge cranes, and roofs in excess of 30ft

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results

• Must have high awareness of safety at all times

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:

• Three years of previous experience in an Industrial Maintenance position

• Two years of previous experience operating hand and/or power tools

• The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner

• The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions
