Maintenance Mechanic

An Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is needed at an established anodizing facility in Los Angeles, California!!

Location Reference: near Cal State LA

Schedule:

• 1st shift: 6am- 2:30pm operating hours

• Full-Time + OT

• Monday- Friday, some weekends

Pay Rate: $30- $35/hour, based on experience

Please see required qualifications below:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Mechanic position

• Working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Working knowledge of power tools, electrical experience, plumbing/pipe-fitting, and boilers

• Working knowledge of instrumentation and computer operations

• Working knowledge of fabricating and machinist experience

• Working knowledge of pumps and motor rebuilding, motor controls, and trouble-shooting

• The ability to demonstrate mechanical/basic electrical knowledge through testing

• The ability to climb and work from ladders, man lifts, bridge cranes, and roofs in excess of 30ft

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• The ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner

• The ability to pay attention to detail and follow work instructions

• Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results

• Must have high awareness of safety at all times

Highly qualified candidates will also possess:

• 8 years of previous experience in an Industrial Maintenance position
