Our maintenance Boiler/HVAC mechanics perform skilled services and maintenance to the facilities heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), chiller systems, air compressors, and boiler units.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Preventative maintenance and machine repair- Perform installation, repair, and servicing of piping and related systems. May May fit pipes, braze or sweat copper for steam, water, and gas lines to facilitate replacements and repairs.
Collaboration and teamwork - working with team members and other departments to improve the production process, placing work orders for parts needed, working with contractors and vendors on special projects, participating in team and interdepartmental meetings and trainings as necessary. Be present for scheduled repairs and annual inspections.
Keeping an eye on the details - Maintain routine records, government and internal. Maintaining tools to keep them in good working order, following manual instructions or contacting manufacturer when needed, cleaning and sanitation tasks as necessary, following safety, health and other company policies and procedures, other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
TOOLS FOR THE TRADE
Required:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to: graduation from high school and six years HVAC technician experience.
EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification Type II or universal license
Applicable laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures governing workscope
Safety and Health Protection on the Job (OSHA Regulations)
Valid Driver's License
Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box
