Establish an organized method of storing parts and materials in the bins or designated area.
Responsible for issuing and stocking parts, materials, supplies, and maintenance tools.
Responsible for daily spot inventory checks and notifying the supervisor of any part, critical spare, or materials that have reached the minimum on hand level as designated, and recording them on the appropriate documentation.
Responsible for receiving all Maintenance MRO shipments; logging all incoming materials; notifying person material is addressed to; and delivering items. Shelve stock items as soon as possible.
Responsible for data entry of received materials into the EAM/ SAP System and stocking in the appropriate location within the parts and material bins or designated area.
Responsible for data entry of all new items into the EAM/ SAP System and designating a stock location within the parts or materials bins or alternate area.
Maintains assigned area (parts, material bins and storage room) in a clean, orderly condition.
Responsible for aiding supervisor in completing bi-annual physical inventories cycle counts to ensure our inventory is being tracked correctly.
Responsible for manning the parts and material bins when the plant is in production or there is maintenance scheduled.
Responsible for providing data & reports as needed for (KPI) Key Performance Indicator Reporting.
Input, generate and track all work orders. Notifies supervisor when work orders are outstanding.
Creates, generates, schedules, and tracks Preventative maintenance, Corrective maintenance, Regulatory maintenance of all plant equipment for tasks assigned.
Performs minor repairs, rebuilds and fabrication in the Maintenance Shop.
Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory quality and sanitation requirements.
Follow all safety regulations.
Perform related duties as required and maybe asked to perform other job duties throughout the facility.

Basic knowledge of computer operation, word processing and other related software applications.
2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have some demonstrated mechanical and electrical experience with industrial equipment.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to operate general office equipment, including keyboarding skills to perform data entry.
Knowledge of vendor product, services and reliability.
Knowledge/Abilities to work in various computer applications, SAP preferred
