Manage Maintenance Work Request (MWR), PM,and Trouble Calls
Assures safe working environment andimplements 6S cultures as established at the Sylmar site.
Able to report and communicate status ofdaily equipment/facility maintenance activities with appropriate KPI
Works as a team member/leader with allother technical and non-technical functional area supervisors and managersto achieve required daily objectives.
Supports and communicates informationtimely between company and employees.
Maintains a clean and orderly maintenancework environment.
Conducts training/cross training andmaintains proficiency records of maintenance employees.
Reviews, evaluates and disciplinesemployees as necessary and preparing yearly performance reviews asprescribed.
Monitors and controls costs of facility maintenance,including materials usage and overtime.
Reviews proficiency and workmanship of allmaintenance employees.
Recognizes and addresses all processmechanical problems reviewing all changes through the MOC system.
Manages accurate and timely reporting ofall facility repairs/modifications.
Maintains accurate inventory of allmaintenance consumables.
Initiates and suggests plans to motivateand recognize the achievements of employees while meeting their go
Technical knowledge related to all facility service equipment and also all equipment related to aerospace production. Experience in employee management including effective leadership and supervision of multiple support functions and staff operating in a team concept. B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent education or experience.
