POSITION SUMMARY

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all industrial maintenance operations at the Denver Factory for optimal results. You will lead a team responsible for planning, preventative and predictive maintenance of machinery and equipment, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair budgeting, and storeroom functions. You will prioritize safe work practices and providing quality services to all departments.

  • Provide clear and focused direction for the Department to enable all team members to work effectively in accomplishing goals and providing superior maintenance service for Denver plant operations.

  • Administer the maintenance function of plant facilities and equipment with shared responsibility among operating department managers for specific daily maintenance in their respective areas.

  • Set the direction for maintenance training efforts for all Department members and monitor activities to ensure the advancement of individuals consistent with department team goals.

  • Provide technical assistance to Engineering, Maintenance, and Production personnel to support plant operations aligned with the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

  • Recommend improvements to current operations to maintain a state-of-the-art facility.

  • Estimate, plan, and manage costs within budget responsibility, developing the most effective methods of controlling repair costs.

  • Coordinate staffing requirements consistent with plant objectives and monitor and promote activities that will prove effective for continuously improving maintenance on an ongoing basis.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 5+ years' industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment.
  • 3+ years' people leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $102,300 - $149,600. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
