Maintenance Manager

My client is an International Manufacturer of paper products and specialty coatings.  They are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead their maintenance department within their premier manufacturing plant in North America, located North of Syracuse, NY.  Will manage a well-established group of maintenance staff within a stable manufacturing environment.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 10 to 25 years of maintenance manufacturing experience within a highly automated process manufacturing environment.
• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience of a manufacturing maintenance department.
• Should have experience managing a team with at least 5 to 15 individuals.
• Maintenance Planning and Scheduling experience is an absolute must.
• Should have a good grasp of manufacturing data systems like Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) as well as ERP Software Systems like SAP or Oracle.

Benefits

COMP:   Target pay range between $65K to $75K.  May pay more depending on level of experience.  Annual bonus up to 5%.
