This permanent, full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage all maintenance activities within our state-of-the-art food production facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production lines, maintaining our high standards of quality and safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: 1.

Oversee and manage all aspects of the maintenance department, including managing a team of technicians, planning and scheduling preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment failures. 2. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and systems to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment lifespans. 3. Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP. 4.

Manage CAPEX projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project management. 5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve product quality. 6. Train and develop maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous learning. 7.

Monitor and control maintenance costs, implementing cost-saving measures where possible. 8. Work with the HMI system to monitor equipment performance, track maintenance activities, and generate reports. 9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. 3.

Proven experience with HMI, food production, HACCP, SQF, GMP, and CAPEX project management. 4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement. 6.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software. 9.
