Essential Functions:

  • Meeting with Property Managers and company sponsored presentations for external sales.

  • Procurement and set-up of new service agreements.

  • Responsible for completing and submitting vendor information packets.

  • Oversee CRM database and scheduling database.

  • Provide estimates and perform sales functions per contractual obligations.

  • Schedule and coordinate the daily field schedule as well as subcontractor's schedules.

  • Oversee scheduling, costing, quality control, invoicing for all customers.

  • Order Certificate of Insurance (COI).

  • Overseeing A/R and A/P for the department (working with internal accounting staff).

  • Organize and review internal documents, including daily cleaning reports, site maps, verification forms, vendor forms, plan sheets, product cut sheets, etc.

  • Assist Project Manager with cost estimating, quality control, vehicle and equipment servicing, testing, transfer and disposal of material.

  • Coordinate and execute vehicle and equipment servicing and maintenance, including cleanliness.

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies and parts.

  • Perform site visits and walk-throughs with existing and potential clients.

  • Implement quality control for Cleaning and Maintenance Division; provide a system for verifying and maintaining a desired level of quality in existing services by careful planning, use of proper equipment, continued inspection and corrective action as required.

  • Client and project database management for existing and new clients; set-up new projects, create reports, pull site maps, etc.

  • Organize and review project cleaning reports, site maps and photos.

  • Assist in project estimating and costing for other departments from time to time.

  • Assist with in-house project scheduling and customer scheduling.

  • Coordinate testing, transfer and disposal of material.

  • Provide leadership and create a positive work environment. These responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Actions includes employment decisions, performance management, training, safety, onboarding, compliance, annual objective setting and employee development, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Performs special projects or assignments as directed.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • Three plus years relevant experience.

  • Five years management experience.

  • Must be able to work hours beyond the normal workday as required by the business cycle, client volume of business, and specific sales efforts underway.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal instructions along with the ability to listen and ask questions to understand points made by others.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to present oneself and communicate in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all times with all levels of employees.

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and database systems.

  • Ability to read and apply information from plans, blueprints, work instructions and manuals.

  • Demonstrated pattern of positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication.

  • Must have a valid drivers' license and ability to travel 30 percent of the time to possble other locations/meetings.
