Maintenance Manager

Job Description: 

• Root Cause Analysis: Document and analyze failures, develop corrective actions, train personnel, and implement fixes.
• Precision Maintenance: Develop and document repair procedures and vendor standards.
• Preventive Maintenance: Create cost-effective preventive maintenance tools and techniques.
• New Equipment Installation: Assist in developing installation procedures using best practices.
• Reliability Improvements: Plan and implement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to improve maintenance metrics (e.g., unplanned downtime, PM compliance).
• Predictive Maintenance: Develop a standardized monitoring program (vibration analysis, infrared inspections, etc.).
• Maintenance Planning: Participate in planning and scheduling meetings.
• Effective Repairs: Standardize and document repair procedures and vendor standards.
• Training: Provide comprehensive maintenance and reliability training.
• Equipment and Procedure Modifications: Implement modifications to reduce repair/replacement time.

Experience/Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 10 years of maintenance experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning (predictive, preventive, etc.).
• Familiarity with O.S.H.A laws and worker’s compensation in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, human relations, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced understanding of Converting equipment functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
