Columbine Patio Homes is hiring a quality Maintenance Manager who plays an important role in maintaining Patio Homes and grounds for our residents at our beautiful Fort Collins, CO location. MAINTANCE MANAGER

  • Responsible for Patio Home(s) diagnosis and repair.

  • Repairs and upkeeps equipment.

  • Assists in moving furniture.

  • Organizes and prioritizes work orders and projects.

  • Schedules contractor projects with the Manager.

  • Coordinates building and grounds safety with property staff.

  • Completes in-home maintenance requests.

  • Purchases department, resident, and property improvement supplies.

  • Completes monthly billing.

  • Coordinates structure improvement assignments.

  • Completes maintenance and grounds record keeping.

  • Paints, keeping an accurate list of on-site inventory.

  • Provides on-site personal customer service for all residents.

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

  • Must have a strong background in preventative maintenance programs, including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm equipment, carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, floor equipment, etc.

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Valid Driver's License and continuously meets company driving record standards.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • 7 am to 3:30 pm

  • Monday thru Friday

We are accepting applications for a Graphic Artist/Production Specialist able to work Full Time. * Full Time * Monday to Friday Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following and all other duties as assigned. * Maintain brand integrity and company graphic standards. * Highly-skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to work under tight deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing business demands and project requests. * Manage projects from conception through design, production, and completion. * Communicating with internal customers to determine their project requirements and budget. * Briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and deadlines for their project. * Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for projects. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size while maintaining the company brand standards. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required. * Preparing digital proofs or rough drafts for each project and making requested changes to obtain approval from the customer to proceed with production. * In-house printing, cutting, folding, finishing and assembly of projects using the appropriate machines and equipment as required. * Liaising with external vendors to ensure deadlines are met and the project is printed and produced to the highest quality. * Work as part of a design team to communicate, share ideas, and collaborate on projects. Graphic Artist/Production Specialist Requirements * High school diploma or general education degree (GED). * A degree in graphic design is preferred; however, other art and design experience will be considered. * Preference will be given to those with relevant degrees and/or 2 years of experience working in a graphic design job. Computer Skills: * Highly-skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
